Zodiac is the name of PALMAS’s upcoming swimwear and beachwear collection for the Spring/Summer 2026 season. The collection pays tribute to the work of Polish astronomer Johannes Hevelius, who dedicated his life to studying the moon and the constellations and is renowned for cataloging an extensive number of celestial formations.
Among Hevelius’s studies, the brand draws inspiration from his work Firmamentum Sobiescianum—a star atlas featuring detailed and artistic representations of traditional constellations, including the twelve signs of the zodiac.
The collection not only reflects the engravings created by the astronomer in relation to the zodiac signs, but also reinterprets and expands on their symbolism to create 3D shapes and volumes within the swimwear pieces.
Garment types range from various styles of swimsuits, bikinis, and trikinis with innovative silhouettes, to complementary pieces such as dresses, trousers, blouses, and tops.
