SS24 COLLECTION - Las Canteras
Light, sun, blonde sand, joy, fun, encounters, friendship, goldfish, the first gangs of adolescence, first loves... For those of us who live in this city, Las Canteras is more than a physical space, surrounding the which has been articulated an important part of our life.
On Las Canteras beach I focus on working on this next 2024 collection, with its different environments:
La Cicer, surfer, young, refuge of our childhood and adolescence
La Puntilla, familiar, the women with their umbrellas playing bingo, the fishermen and their boats.
Playa Chica, and the Imperial Beach area where tourism began to develop and those first blonde Nordic women from the 70s in bikinis, that everyone stopped to look at from the promenade.
All of this also allows me to take a trip both through the history of the swimsuit and take a stroll through those different aesthetics: surfer, more classic... That's why the collection is going to be quite eclectic.
I am going to use plain colors where blue, navy blue, white and red will predominate like the old canvas huts and beach umbrellas, in addition to the different photographic prints made for the occasion.
The collection consists of 20 outputs.
